Add A Weight Record

  1. At the bottom of the screen, tap the "Herds" icon.
  2. From the active herds list on the left side, tap the name of the herd you would like to add animal records.
    Then, tap the bar under "Animals".

3. To add a record for a single animal, scroll through the list and tap on the animal you would like to add a record for.
To select multiple animals, tap in the upper right, "Select" or from the bottom of the screen, you can tap "Weigh All".

4. After selecting the animals, enter the weigh date and the weight in the pop-up window.
Once done, tap the green button marked "Done".

Edit Animals

  1. At the bottom of the screen, tap the "Herds" icon. 
  2. From the active herds list on the left side, tap the name of the herd you would like to edit.

3. Under "Animals", tap the bar.
4. To edit a single animal, scroll through the list and tap on the animal you would like to update.
To select multiple animals, tap “Select” in the upper right corner. or tap “Edit All” at the bottom of the screen.

5. After selecting the animals and "Edit", update the information in the pop-up window (birthdate, average daily gain, dry matter intake, and weight record).
Once done, tap the green button marked “Done” button.

Add Animals To A Herd

  1. From the "Herds" tab, tap the herd you would like to add animals to.
  2. Tap the bar underneath "Animals" in the right-hand pane where it lists the number and average weight of the animals in the herd.

3. When the animal list comes up, tap the plus sign in the upper right and tap either "Add Single Animal" or "Bulk Add Animals".

4. From the "Add Animal" screen you can add the records for the new animal, like birthdate, average daily gain, dry matter intake, and weight records. Once done, tap "Done".

Move Animals Between Herds

  1. At the bottom of the screen, tap the "Herds" icon.
  2. From the active herds list on the left side, tap the name of the herd you are moving animals from.

3. Under "Animals", tap the bar.
4. To move a single animal, scroll through the list and tap on the animal you would like to update.
To select multiple animals, tap "Select" in the upper right corner. Select the individual animals and tap "Move to…" You can tap “Move All” at the bottom of the screen to move the entire herd.

5. After selecting the animals, tap the name of the herd you are moving the selected animals to. Once done, tap the green button marked "Done".

View Animal Records

  1. At the bottom of the screen, tap "Herds" icon.
  2. From the active herds list on the left side, tap the name of the herd you would like to view records for.

3. Under the "Animals", tap the bar.
4. Tap the animal from the list to pull up its individual records like weight records, dry matter intake, and daily gain.

Locate A Herd

  1. Tap the "Herds" icon. 
  2. A list of active herds appears on the left, along with which pasture the herd is located in.

3. To locate that pasture on the map, first switch back to the map tab by clicking the map icon at the bottom of the screen.

4. Once on the map, tap the search icon in the upper right of the screen. You can either type the name of the pasture in the search box, or you could select the pasture name from the drop-down list. The map will zoom to the selected pasture automatically.

Edit Herd Icon

  1. At the bottom of the screen, tap the "Herds" icon.
  2. From the active herds list on the left side, tap the name of the herd you would like to edit the icon for.

3. At the upper right corner, tap "Edit".
4. From the pop-up window you can tap on the categories "Symbol" and "Color" to customize the icon. 

5. Once done, tap "Done".

6. Tap "Delete" again on the warning screen.

View All Pasture Records

  1. From the "Pastures" tab, scroll through to see all records. Tap on individual records to see more detail.

View Records For An Individual Pasture

  1. In the map view, tap the pasture.

2. At the bottom left, tap the "Records" icon. Scroll through the records for the pasture. Tap on individual records to see more detail.
